Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@thelittleredhouse.co and we will do our best to assist you.
